About Rainshine River

Ever since I was a child, my dream has been to do something. To create. To pursue my passions. To love what I do. The road to get there has taken me many different places. I've worked fast food, catering, and computers. I've gone through some college, started a charity event, mentored youth, and tried every business under the sun. Not really. But I tried multiple ideas. None of them worked out well. None of them had much potential.

Rainshine River has stood for many things; jewelry, photography, beauty blogs, and brow bands for horses. In all of that, there is a common thread. Rainshine River has stood for art. At the core of my being I will always be an artist. I will always create things. I will always find beauty. I will always see things from a different angle.

Last year I did something bold. I volunteered to create the logo for youth camp. I had done photo editing before. I had even dabbled in Photoshop some. As I mentioned, I love art. I spent weeks working on the design, perfecting it. In the end, it was simplistic. Bold, but simple. Then, during camp, a new vision for youth was shared. I had it immediately. I saw this beautiful picture of what the logo would look like. Slowly I began to pick up more projects. My parents commissioned me a couple times (and not because they were my parents... so I tell myself). One day it hit me: Hey, I should see if I can do this. I should see if people would be interested. They were.

So here I find myself, really following after what makes my heart sing. Art. I say all of this with the utmost of humility. I am no Picasso, no Van Gogh, no Da Vinci. I just love art. I just love capturing the hearts of people and giving it to them in a logo, a card, or a flyer.

I hope you will give me the opportunity to do that for you. I look forward to the opportunity to serve you in the best way I know how. Art.

Much love,
Kaitland Conley
